Being new to Fayetteville and my first time apartment hunting I had no idea what I was looking foward to. Hopefully something like from home, but when I finally got out there I was suprised to see that they only thing I was looking at like home was the ghetto. Every apartment complex that I went to was run down and definetly not worth the rent they wanted. Then I found this place and thought it was a dream come true. Decent looking, back patio, near a school, close to base. Overall its nice, but I do have an on going problem with roaches. They offer to spray every wednesday, but I have had it done on several occasions and it hasn't helped. The only solution we found was to do it ourselves, but they do come back sometimes. It's a nice place, one I would reccommend if you don't mind a pesty problem.
