Really a decent place to live. I would recommend it. I was there for 15mo. and didn't really have too much of a problem. I think some people knit-picks a lot of things when it comes down to reviews so I will just mention what it really is.
Main thing is the walls are pretty thin. That means if you have loud neighbors then good luck. I was lucky because I had pretty decent neighbors, and we pretty much let things go as far as noises,and never abused it. Parking are assigned, unless you have more than 2 vehicles you shouldn't have a problem. Now, there are roaches, but they never got in my apartment, maybe 1 or 2. But the only reason they get through is because of the front door, they can crawl underneath and or at the side of it. The way I dealt with it was just sprayed the bottom of the door with raid every couple of weeks and no problem. The place itself is in a decent neighborhood. Lastly, when I moved out, I didn't feel like i got nickled and dimed, I thought it was fair. One honorable mention is that maintenance was really good.
So, Glendale is a decent place and decent people. Just make sure who is living next to you because it can mean having a decent place to live in , or a bad place to live in . hope this helps.
