I have only lived in the apartment complex for awhile now. At first it was great, quiet, personal, safe, etc. The complex has since began renting to numerous new tenants, and with it has brought many...unfavored guests. Not exactly the type of people you want your children associating with or growing up around. There has been loitering and drinking from "thugs" all over the parking lot, revving of motorcycles and sounding of car horns late into the night, drunken fights and domestic incidents in the middle of the night, hit and runs, break-ins...3 residents cars were broken into and vandalized just this past weekend. It has been completely out of hand and has gotten just down right ridiculous. And dont expect management to help you out or do anything to prevent this from happening again. The management is a joke!!! And 2 faced might I add...watch what you say, because what is "repeated" (to other tenants about you, from management) will come back to haunt you!! (So think twice about "turning someone in" or puting in a "complaint"). Best of luck to ya!

I totally agree. This place is a joke. The washers and dryers in the laundry room were awful, very few worked properly. And management is mediocre at best. The office woman is too busy obsessing over her Xanax dependency to do her job properly. The electric sockets are incredibly dangerous and always sending out sparks. The plumbing is bad. My husband and I had to pay nearly $200 for a plumber when the problem was not even caused by us. The windows are drafty and the heat barely works. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even someone I hated.
