i have lived in this place for a year now and have never paid late or even needed the handy man... i asked the front office if it was possible to have someone come and take a look at the ac and she had the nerve to say since it wasnt extremly hot outside she will send him at some point but only emergencies first.. how is it that i had to wait yet when i came back to my apt he was walking around the parking lot picking up trash... other then that situation the place is quiet enough, not alot of crime but there are some retards who like to play their music super loud
