First of all it is a new complex which would be nice but the contractors who built the complex did a terrible job. The building is not even. They charge $85.00 dollars for a garage when other places charge only $50.00. They only have one dumpster that is all the way in the front area. So if you do not live close to the main gate you are walking a long way just to take out your trash. The kids play ground is a joke. They have two tennis courts that no-one uses and no basketball court. I am also not to impressed with the admin people in the main office. They are not always friendly and sometimes they don't even know what they are doing. Oh www.apartments.com it states that this company will have water,waste, and power in cluded in the rent but they won't do it. They say it is a mistake on the website. I think it is wrong because they advertise the in formation and yet don't do what they say. If I would have known about it I would not have got the place. They did not tell meuntil after I sign the papers that they don't cover everything. They have a gate but there is no security guard. No -one checks the area.
