I will admit one thing the people that did build these buildings did a shoty job. But it is nothing that affects my every day living. I guess they could talk to the people who built them and on future jobs may do better but everyone knows it is hard to find people that dont slack off on the job. Also the people that work in the office have been nothing but nice. Every time I have been there I was welcomed with a smile and saw promptly. The only time the gates are open are in the morning when everyone is going to work and when people tend to get off. Think about how backed up the traffic would be if we had to one person at a time. When I had a problem with my heate they were very shortly and the man was very polite. I also think that the people that live her are nice people. In the laundry room you dont have people throwing your clothes around and sometimes people put in the dollar to dry other peoples clothes. I dont know what people expect but you wont find a place that is perfect. But these a good place to live.

it may be convenient to keep the gate open in high traffic times. but the whole point of a gate is security. not convenience. cars are vandalized and broken in to. a guard shack with no guard. worthless admin workers that don't care what happens to their tenants.

Humm I think this person may work in the office. One thing wrong with this review there are no laundry machines that take dollars. it uses a card you get from the office. I say "Office Review"...
