-The walls are paper thin. If someone has a TV on in an adjacent apartment at 2:00 am, you will hear it.
-Maintenance is non-existent. I've called for the same problem 6 times without resolve.
-Trash everywhere. There is one trash compactor for the entire place and it doesn't always work.
-Gated community' Kind of like the Canadian Border. Solicitors come in all of the time.
-Pool is out of order most of the year.
-Overpriced compared to nearby communities.
-High Speed Internet' If you buy it from a cable company, it is not provided.
-Satellite. For an additional deposit and it can't be visible outside of the building. (This violates FCC regulations)
-Ant infestation. Is there a discount for sharing this apartment'
