The ants have been in my apartment from day one. Not even Terminex can get rid of them because they are in the walls. But it is not just the ants but also the kitchen floor, which has been replaced 3 times, and it still peeling up. The shotty construction; i.e., the concrete slab is cracked across the apartment; improperly repaired holes in the walls; wall tape peeling; tack strips for the carpet; carpet already wearing out. When I went to the office I was ordered around and then dismissed. Now that I have given my notice I have become targeted for retribution because I don't tow the apartment line contained in the advertisments. I am now receiving notices indicating that they have tried to contact me numerous times about numerous complaints when, in reality, I have, in two years, received two notices on my door. The first one the office apologized for and the second was after they call me one time; I missed the call but I did call them back. I then came home to find a red letter notice on my door. Now that I have posted this review I know that my life will be hell until I move.

I agree with this review. When I was getting ready to move out they did that crap about the rent check missing. I got a notice on my door. This really pissed me off even though my secretary mailed the check. I think the office staff shares one brain between them. I also got a fine for some thing I didn't do. I would have fought, but was in the mist of moving out. Salevi. Also forget about your deposit check. They will not send back to you. My wife called numerous times while I've been overseas to get the deposit check. This is a really shaddy place. I have been stationed all over the world, but let me tell you the low class of the low live here. It is very unsafe. I am glad my wife and new born are in a much better place.
