Okay... This apartment complex is great. In response to some of the negative statements made I must say... I moved into my apartment in December and did not experience ants until March. I called the office and they sprayed my apartment that day and put me on a list to be sprayed bi-weekly from now on. I called and had it changed to once a month in May and I haven't seen any ants since. Now I am a very clean person and I have 2 daughters and I would've known about the ants before they were in my daughters bed! The first day I saw them, I called and it was over. The gates are open for the military who live here from 7am to 9am and again from 4pm to 6pm on weekdays. On weekends the gates are never open... I have never had a problem coming in or out of the gate or seeing it broken. I am one of 6 residents who leave the keys in their cars to warm-up their vehicle or cool it down in the summer and none of our cars have been broken into... and these are cars ranging from 2007 escalades to 2007 corrollas... and I don't live in the back! I can see the gate from my apt window. A police background check is required for all residents and most of us are military... I currently live in a 2 bedroom apt and will be upgrading to a 3 bedroom in August... It's a great neighborhood for kids, i love the staff in the office (they always have fresh baked cookies) and I'm happy that I found it... Please rent here if this is the area you're looking for it's not that far from base and I feel at home here...
