Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
This was my first apartment that my husband and I moved into in July 2008. We've never had an ant problem and the management is very complying with us. The gate has only been broken twice, but there have never been any problems. The parking at night is bad, but other than that - it's a great apartment place. They had installed brand new carpet the day we moved in and fixed most of the problems we found in the apartment within the week we moved in.
