I moved from out of state a year ago and was referred to this place by my new job. I foolishly trusted them to steer me in the right direction, and did NOT enjoy my time living here. I will be telling them to take it off their list of recommendations. I moved out as soon as my first year was up. The management was often short with me and not at all helpful or friendly. The trash compactor was broken very often, and trash would pile up outside it for days. It was disgusting! When I moved out, they took money out of my security deposit for cleaning a TINY carpet stain that was there when I moved in! They do the initial inventory for you and ask you to sign it. If you make the same mistake I did and decide to move in here, be SURE to walk through yourself and inspect EVERY LITTLE INCH of the carpet. Then write it down and take a dated photo to prove that it was there when you moved in. They will try their hardest to keep part of your security deposit, and they will wait until past the 30 days to mail any of it back to you. I am SO glad I moved, and am now much happier living just down the road at Hidden Lake apartments, for the same price! They are so much more professional, friendly, and understanding when you bring them your concerns, and management lives on site, so problems are kept to a minimum and attended to promptly. I have NEVER written a review of a place before, but I felt it was my duty to warn others about this place by relaying my experience, so I hope you take my advice and stay away from this one!
