I currently lived here and have been there since 2003. The apt is a very nice size and the rent is pretty reasonable. Maintenance always come the same day, had a few problems w/the toilet running) My only complaint is the hot water does not last long. 10 minutes is about all you will get for a HOT shower. The area is quiet and clean, I would recommend ... as long as you don't enjoy an hour long shower .. you'll be good to go :)
