I live here now, well, they are kind of older apartments but they are nice. There was a car break in but thats about it. The crime rate is less than any other apartment here, but the city of FAYETTEVILE IS HORRIBLE! So much crime, you don't feel safe at all, not even going to the store. I would NOT choose to live in fayetteville if i were you. Fort Bragg is only 8 minutes away (to get on post) but depending on where you are going another 10 minutes to get there. Also, the traffic in fayetteville in horrible.. be prepared.
