Contrary to the previous review, the kitchens are NOT small... not compared to virtually any other apartment complex in Fayetteville.
I concur with the other comments however. This is a great community. Quiet, despite proximity to another, more questionable apartment complex, and friendly.
The staff is great and the facilities and apartments are well kept.
Easily, one of the best buys in Fayetteville for renting.
