I lived in these apartments from 02-03 and was very happy to move. Management was nice until we moved in. Ya our 3rd floor view was great. Thats it. The lake itself is not developed. As we were moving out alot of vandalism and stereos being stolen. Ghetto neighbors took over the pool even though they werent older than 10, and no parents watching. And no they didnt live there. Theres many houses for rent that are cheaper than this and apartments that are nicer. Oh ya... maintance is rude and comes in whenever the feel like it. They knock once then let themselves in thinking no one is home.
