THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 2 YRS NOW. IT WAS AWESOME WHEN WE MOVED!! DAWN AND JENNIFER WERE A GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM. DAWN AND JENNIFER HAVE SINCE LEFT. THEY HAVE NEW MANAGERS EVERY SEVERAL MONTHS AND THEY NEVER HAVE ANY CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
MAINTAINCE IS TERRIBLE. I LOVE WILMER HE IS AWESOME... BUT LAURA HAS GOT TO GO. SHE'S TERRIBLE AND RUDE!!!!!!!!
THE BIGGEST THING IS SAFETY!!!! THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO GO OUT INTO THE WOODS THAT SURROND THE APARTMENTS TO SHOOT THERE GUNS. IT REALLY ISN'T SAFE. THERE WAS AN ARMED ROBBERY IN MY APARTMENT BUILDING. THE GUY WAS HELD UP BY AN INDIVDUAL WITH A SHOT GUN. SEVERAL WEEKS AGO A LADY WAS BEAT AND ROBBED IN THE APARTMENT NEXT TO MINE WHEN SHE GOT HOME FROM WORK.
I TALKED TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT SEDING OUT A LETTER TELLING PEOPLE TO BE CAREFUL B/C THIS IS A PREDOMINATELY MILITARY COMMUNITY AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY NEVER DID. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR RESIDENCE.
THERE ARE ALSO A HANDFUL OF DRUG DEALERS THAT LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT SELL DRUGS OUT OF THEIR APARTMENT SO BEWARE!!!!!!!!

If you feel that way, then I suggest you move. You really do not know what was going on...just nosey...and that was apparant the night of the woman being mugged in building 3731. The shot gun incident....that was a dispute between people in the complex....so you really are clueless as to what you really know. Stop pretending to be an "ex-cop" and mind your business.
