My family lived there for one year and had no major problems. Management is very proactive in keeping the properties up and were typically prompt when we submitted work orders. Rent was a bit overpriced but the amenities made up for it (pool, small gym, tennis court, etc.) The staff were a hit or miss; the manager and Robin were totally rude. Wilmer and the assistant manager were very nice and went out of their ways to help us out. Overall, this apartment was a great find in Fayetteville.
