I agree with the other "no" comments on this site. The rent is fairly decent, however nothing will ever get fixed. I have a frig with only two shelves (one being the crisper) and no working ice maker. By the way, it was like that when we moved in which there are many many many other things that we listed on our move in form. Since then, the front porch light will not work (and it is very dark in this area), my master bathroom sink doesn't work, plaster keeps falling in the main bathroom, termites and rot has eaten the back door to my storage and the list goes on and on. I stopped long ago asking for someone to come out and fixed things. I cannot wait until we get new orders and can move! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

While I live in Washington State, I have been an owner of one of buildings since 1998. I actually lived in my building for some time before I bought it. One thing I learned was that the buildings aren't owned by Homeplace or Dickson Properties which manages them but are all owned by individual investors. Another thing I learned is each owner determines if and what will get fixed which can be a problem if the owner is cheap. I get mine painted and stained every 2 to 3 years, I built all new decks about 10 years ago, get them treated every 2 and had all new flooring put in a couple years ago as well as have given the property manager the authority to fix things without my approval which is the biggest thing. I'm sorry to read all the bad comments about the community, I've tried very hard to make sure my building is kept in good shape. I can only hope none of the comments are about my building.
