We are moving out in a week into our first home so I can't say I will miss renting.. BUT if you have to rent, the Preserve is the place to be in Fayetteville. While it may cost a little more than the average apartments in the area, you definitely get what you pay for. Not only is it super quiet, the grounds are incredibly clean and the office goes out of their way to help. Plus it's close to the shopping areas and Fort Bragg. We have enjoyed it here, that's for sure.
