The Preserve at Grande Oaks is by far the nicest apartment complex in Fayetteville. The grounds staff is always hard at work making the area look like, the grass is always cut, leaves raked, everything just looks very nice. The apartments are great, nice appliances and countertops, the private stairwell to the 2nd floor homes are really nice, the only place we have seen them in Fayetteville is here. We would reccomend to anyone!
