I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have seen all the managers come and go and lived through the new construction. Although expensive it is a good apartment complex. The management is good and the property is always well taken care of. The only complain I have about this place is that the apartments were poorly built and had many problems at first, the maintenance personnel are quick to fix any problem that arrises so it is only a minor inconvenience. They have an awesome gym which is far beyond what I expected an apartment gym to be and it's located very close to post. If you have children there is a downside that there are no good places for the children to play.
