I have lived here for almost a year now and this is by far the best place that I have stayed in. Believe me, I have stayed in a few here in Fayetteville and this place is tops. The girls in the office are really nice, but now there are a few new faces, I hope they are as nice as the old girls. The maintenance guy is really nice and you know what he is one of the few that will give you time to answer your door, rather than come barging in like at other apartment places. You can call the girls with a problem and it seems that within minutes the maintenance guy is at your door ringing the doorbell. If you have a problem he comes to fix it the first time, there is none of this stuff of coming back next week. This place is great. I would recommend it to anyone, family and friends alike. It's close to everything, Post, the mall, movies. and its gated with a real fence, none of this brokedown chain fence like you see everywhere else. Theres a guard at, thats good. The preserve is a good place to live I think.
