I moved from the Preserve in January, and I have to say that it is the nicest apartments I have lived in. I was very pleased with the look on the inside, it matches the outside "look" perfectly! The office staff was incredible-Heather, Jackie, and Julie make you feel very welcome from the start- from the girls working in the office to the housekeeper and maintenance men. The grounds are kept beautifully clean and well landscaped. There is never an issue with parking like at most complexes. I would definetely recommend this place to all my friends, and anyone moving to the Ft Bragg/Fayetteville area.

Again, here is someone who rates all the areas as fives, but the overall rating is three. What is wrong with the place that it only rates a three if all seven categories are perfect?
