I enjoyed my stay at The Preserve at Grand Oaks Apartment. I rented my apartment sight unseen while overseas. The management describe my apartment over the phone and it was everything she told me it would be. I have never felt so safe and secure living in a new state and a quite apartment complex. The Security team at the front gate always made sure no unauthorized cars were allowed after hours. The grounds were maintain every day making my year stay like I was in Paradise. It is so quite. There is not a problem with very cute pets that live either. The Management in the office there were always approachable. The best thing I enjoyed was the state of the art gym facilities. Always clean! I can say the same thing about the pool area.
If I did not have to leave the Fayetteville area due to employment -- I still would be there enjoying my lovely apartment. I still missed my apartment there.
It was great living!!
If you have to rent in Fayetteville: live here you will not go wrong. Sometimes there is a waiting list.... but it is worth the wait.

I don't get it. 6 of 7 of the reviewed areas are fives, and one is a three, but the overall rating is a three. That doesn't sound very accurate. I'd expect at least a 4 if everything is as good as he/she says it is.
