I lived at the Preserve from Jan 08 until Sept 08. I moved because the increasing amount of crime in the area and the risisng rent costs. I would say that the staff in known for drama within the residents and that they charge you based upon if they like you. I never paid a pet deposit, they were completly aware of my dog. I was unexpectdaly charged upon move out the money. I also did not recieve my money within 30 days and was told that there was several attempts made to contact me. The staff is not very helpful and not upfront when you first look at the apartment. Also i was shown the one standard model, wich i fell in love with. Upon move in of my apartment, it was totally different. There was no marble there was no pantry and the carpet looked years old. I was EXTREMELY disapointed. My advice, which i wish someone would hove told me before i invetsed over 9000 IN RENT, 1350 IN DEPOSITS AND MOVE OUT CHARGES, was to look into a house!!!!!! I am now happily renting a 3 bed 2 bath on an ACRE for 725!! Did i mention i am in Spout Springs NOT CRIME INFESTED FAYETTEVILLE. I recommend looking into everything before you move to an apartment that looks 'secure' and is loud and rif raffy.
