I just visited the preserve at grande oaks & was surprised at how beautiful the apartments were. It was just amazing! Everyone in the office was so plesant & helpful. I do not need an apartment for a few more months, but I visited almost every complex in Fayetteville and this is definately one of the Best. Some places I visited tried to force me into an apartment that day offering 'deals' and I felt that I was being pressured into getting an apartment and I thought those in the office should be selling used cars, so I just felt a lot more comfortable at the preserve at grande oaks where I did not have to experience the hassle.
Just from the outside appearance of the complex, everything seems to be quiet and well maintained. Parking did not look like an issue with all the garages they have. I do wish that they had newer appliances in the kitchen area, but I feel like I could call these apartments my home.
