here it is plain and simple. my lease ended july 4th 2003. i move out and drop off the keys. i deploy 2 weeks later. now i am getting notices that i have to pay julys rent with late fees and augusts rent because i didnt give 6o days notice that i was moving out. well i didnt know 60 days prior to moving out. i knew about 10 days before my lease ended that i was gonna deploy. so i didnt want to renew my lease and pay on an apartment that i wasnt going to live in. now i am not making any cash while being deployed because these people are taking advatage of military personell.
