I lived in this apartment complex from 1998 - 2000 and rented a 1 bedroom apartment. During 1999 the water heater broke down and water soaked the carpeting throughout my apartment. The maintenance personnel came to my apartment daily for approximately 5 days and attempted to vacuum the water up from the carpet. I had to stay with friends for 3 nights, but was still expected to pay the entire monthly rent. For the next year I had to live in a damp and smelly apartment and I was glad to move out!
