I must admit we only lived here for 2 months we broke our lease and moved out at our first chance per the apartemnts rules. We paid them for 2 moths beyond our move out date so they could look for new tenants. Which they did within the month but still have not refunded the double rent which per their aggreement they would do.
This is NOT a place to raise small children. The amount of ducks is crazy I know the staff have no control over the wild animals but they could do something about all the duck crap around it is horrible. YOu can NOT walk by the pond you WILL be attacked by ducks, my 3 year old was.
From the first day we moved in we had problems with our apartment in the 2 months we were there the damage was never fixed. The pool was NEVER warm though we asked it to be so we could swim. But not once was the indoor heated pool heated.
The delivery people who service this site are lazy and will only leave your packages in the office. They do not try to deliver them to your actual residence. We lived on the 3rd floor and always had to go to the office to check if we had anything since no one came up or called.
The apartments were over all a bust. I would NEVER rent from them or their affiliates, they have APTs all over the country and 2 others in Fayetteville, again.
Be aware you are NOT getting what you are paying for. The "free" fire wood is only about 4 pieces a week. You can go through that in one cold weekend. The outdoor toys broken and the sand undeneith well I don't know waht was in that.
They need a year round grounds keeper on top of the current staff. I would say they are understaffed and over worked which makes this place an unenjoyable living experience.
NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT waste your money!
