Basically everyone here has said it all correct. I thought maybe we were the only ones who have had problems with all this kinda stuff before, but it seems like its all the same for everyone who lives here. They dont care about the residents or the apartments. We have lived here for 2 years and at first we really liked the place after being showed the model apt. and the indoor pool etc. But once we moved in, our apt. was NOTHING like the model, we had carpet stains, several blinds that had been chewed on by a dog that the tenant here beofre must have had, the maintnence makes a big deal if they have to come down for any reason to your apartment. And will take atleast 2-3 days to come after you call to put in a work order request. The maintnence charges 20 dollars to open your door if you are accidently locked out, and they so call Love their residents! Would NOT recommend!!!!
