Too much for too little

Please visit this place before making a choice. I've lived at my apartment for almost 6 months. I'm on the 1st floor and have terrible spiders, there is goose and dog waste all over the place, along with cigarette butts. My heat never worked, and my hot water never stayed hot. The gym is not modern, and the sauna inside does not work. And the indoor swimming pool is nasty. Would not recommend this place!
