First of all the 3 bedrooms apartments are huge! My husband is in the military and we have plenty of closet space for his gear. We also were able to rent a large storage shed on-site to put more of our stuff in and to lock up his motorcycle since we came from a house. We have one of the new upgraded apartments and I love the the track lighting, new countertops, and black appliances. We lived here years ago and decided to move back because it is conveniently located to post and not too expensive.
A few people we know moved across the street to Hidden Creek because they were "NEW" and had a gate...now they hate it there! They say bad management, cheaply made apartments, and bad trash compactor.
We are very pleased with our apartment here at Village at Cliffdale...and highly recommend it to anyone! Don't read into all the bad reviews...

Look at the leaks around the 3rd floor in most places and if you tear down the drywall you will see mold everywhere. Most of the older units have problems and need to be repaired. Nothing was ever done with the ceilings except paint and spackling. The mold is still there and leaks are all over the place. The bad reviews are facts I am a civilian army employee who worked at Fort Bragg with DPW and trust me as a public works person this place needs alot of attention.
