We moved in not too long ago, and had a bug problem some of the time. The door panel under the door was not up close to the door and bugs and dirt came in constantly. The apartment was attempted broke into, when I got there my lock was hanging off the door and the window had been almost broken due to a crowbar used on it. and the tennants told me that that was unusual because robbers usually just kick down the doors!
Other than that my experience at TVAC was okay. The faculty was very nice, and the place is now under new management which is upgrading the place entirely. They were very helpful and even offered me a new apartment up front if I wanted too. They told me that they were talking about gating in the community as well within the next year.
