I renewed my lease after a year and I should've thought twice about it. People let there dogs sh** in front of your patio and won't get it up, it takes maintenance for ever to come out and fix ANYTHING, and the roaches and water bugs are ridiculous and they won't send anyone out to your apartment to spray. In stead of giving you new appliances when the old one breaks down, they'll install an even older one. I will not be renewing my lease again and I wouldnt recommend any of my friends here either.The washer and dryers are always broken and takes your money and the only thing they can tell you is call the number on the machine.
