New Staff

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
I moved out two weeks ago and none to soon. I can't believe I lived there as long as I did, two year to be exact, nevertheless being an optimist I held out for the changes that were promised with the new owners, what a joke! Changes came alright, but not in the form of true necessities, but rather in the form of the rudest office staff I had every had the displeasure of dealing with. This staff has attitudes from hell they treat you like an income source rather than a human being particuliarly the new property manager, who by the way could use a lesson in compassion and understanding, with a big dose of patience. In the begining I considered this place home, although it needed alot of work, it was very quaint, but now I am thankful I bought a house and moved out of there. I will say though that the maintenance staff, all new members I understand, are great, this was a welcoming change to the facility, they worked very hard to adddress the many needs of the complex and the tenants and on top of that are polite and know you by name, the maintenance supervisor who is a woman by the way is awesome, she has really turned my preception of the maintenance department around. She and her great staff are the best thing going for this complex, but they are still not enough for me to recommend this apartment complex, but hey if you enjoy being treated like crap and like a number by office personel, then maybe this place is for you, whatever you decide, good luck!
