When I first moved here, things were adequate at best. Parking was good, neighbors were never a problem and everyone keeps to themselves. Also the apartment size was perfect for someone who was single (although the kitchen was a bit small). Despite being an un-gated community, I have often seen a security guard on duty in the evenings so I ve felt safe, and management was very informative with residents about crime activity in the area if it occurred. However, the women at the office don t seem to have it together when it comes to resident s paperwork I have had a couple of rental discrepancies with them so now I make copies of everything when I deal with them. Also, the pest control has been an ongoing problem and cannot be solved with their remedy of an occasional spraying in the kitchen and bathroom. Also, there are pesky patio rules forming, and the ducks can be aggressive. Since rent is increasing, it s quickly not becoming worth price to stay. So I cannot even recommend this as a starter apartment there are better deals out there for the money if you re willing to look. I m moving.
