I wont bore you with all the details, but in short, when you move out, make sure you know the exact date that was put on the rental release form. And above all, if you have to drop the key in the drop box PUT IT IN AN ENVELOPE WITH ALL YOUR INFORMATION ON IT!!!!! If not, you will pay the price!!! They play dumb when you get a call or letter from them stating you owe back rent, when in fact you have already been moved out, signed a release and dropped the key in the box!! This happens all the time, according to the Managers. But the Managers WONT tell you this when you move out!!! They wait until they send you a bill!!!!

I called the district manager and worked things out, but this should have never happened!! Their current process for vacating apartments has flaws and needs to be changed, they need to provide the individuals with an envelope to place the keys in for the drop box. And on the envelope needs to be a place for all information required by the managment!!! END OF STORY!!
