I would like to one day be valued for more then a rent check. Your manager is indeed very unprofessional and I now know this first hand. For what i pay I would hope someone uses some of that money to get Customer Service classes for your staff if you can keep them in the office long enough to train them. I have had to make several trips to your office to put in a list of problems with my apartment, but let me be late and they seem to come out of the woodwork like little cockroaches.
