I lived at this complex for a little over a year. If you haved lived anywhere else in Fayetteville, you'd know that this is a very nice place to live. I found the staff very courteous. If they were not in the office at the moment I addressed a problem, they were quick to respond to my messages. I truly don't understand the previous disgruntled reviews. Since, on more than one occasion, I have been in the office having a cookie and conversation with the staff for over an hour. The maintenance of the facilities is good, but sometimes just a little slow. The pool area is very nice, and well maintained. And, for the most part, the other residents are nice, outgoing people. My only complaint would be the thin walls. On occasion you can hear your neighbor clearly, but since most of the residents are peaceful, it's not an issue. Overall, I give Carver Falls a thumbs up. It's a nice complex with good management, and very good cookies!!!!
