The first few years at Carver Falls was good until the management changed over. From then on, I have had nothing but problems.
Maintenance is one of the first problems. I have had a work order in for over three years but still have had no action taken to fix. The electrical wiring, plumbing, and carpeting in the apartments are the bottom of the barrel as far as quality. Quite often things, such as the sink, would break or start leaking. I have had to put my personal money into fixing many of the problems due to the slow response on work orders and the inadequate quality of replacement parts.
Secondly, the walls are rather thin. One can easily hear neighbors walking around their apartments.
Third, the management here is completely unprofessional and tend to have their decisions based upon personal issues rather than professional. They would rather spend renter's money on "private parties" instead of quality repairs and upkeep.
Fourth, the rent is already rather pricey especially for an apartment complex that has had vehicle break-ins as well as motorcycles stolen. You also cannot count on having your rent fixed. The rate goes up every year on an already high rent.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with the management and its way of running the apartment complex.
