I looked at many places on the north side of Fayetteville and none of them compare to Carver Falls. The staff is very friendly. They encourage residents to stop in and have a cappucino and a cookie which provides an opportunity to bring up any problems or concerns. Living here is more like being part of a family or community than just being a resident.
The parking is great. They last place I lived had alot of pine trees and my car was always covered with pine needles. Here all residents have assigned covered parking so you never have to worry about where you are going to park.
The apartments are layed out very well and the french doors leading to the patio are very nice. Brings alot of light into the apartment.
The staff is very prompt in dealing with problems. My side walk and front door are cleaned once a week by the ground keepers.
Can't say enough good things about this place.
