Although the apartment complex is generally pretty nice, the overly high rent gets the tenant nothing in terms of quality management. THe management attempted to pop a suprise change in lease terms on all the tenants, giving them less than two weeks to respond in writing. When I responded via email, the general manager did not reply to me to let me know that I had informed her of my desire not to renew, because she found that my email was "a little harsh." And so she didn't feel like responding. Too bad. And while the pool parties are nice, and so is the halloween candy, I'd rather have staff who is on the ball and courteous, not just party planners.
