As a tenant in an apartment complex, one expects the office staff to respond to complaints in your home. THIS staff tends to consistently ignore requests as well as tenants when they go into the office asking for MINOR things. Most people are busy enough with life that constantly going into an office to ask for the same things over and over again becomes a nuisance. We don't come into the office to be a pest just to get our request filled. I'm not sure if the owner of this place realizes who he's hired to run the complex but maybe when he's hit with some lawsuits he'll get the picture. I completely agree that you're misled when you sign your lease, everyone is friendly and bends over backwards until the signature is complete.
