I moved to The Village at Carver Falls in late June 2004, so I can only speak on the conditions and new staff that are currently in place. I can honestly say that the new staff has made this a "wonderful home" for me. I am always welcomed with a smile, and now they even know my name...I'm sure it's because I frequent the freshly baked cookies, the gourmet coffee, and not to mention checking out the free movie rentals in the club house. Since I've been here they have had BBQ's & pizza for the residents where they provided all of the food and beverages. The maintenance always responds the same day if not very soon after I have placed a request (very minimal things). Just today I saw a grounds keeper pulling a few weeds from in front of my balcony, and he apologized for them being there, It hadn't even phased me, but I was so grateful that he cared. This has been a very comfortable and safe environment. I have and will continue to highly recommend it to anyone looking for a "wonderful home"!!
