We have lived here for almost 3 years now, and all was wonderful in the beinning. The place was new and looked well kept, the grass was always well trimmed and the staff was always friendly and knew us by name. In the last few months things have changed drastically, the apartments are falling apart and constantly being worked on, the office staff is no longer the friendly people who were there that always had parties and get-togethers for the residents, now if you can find someone in there that even remembers that you live there you are lucky!!! And to top it all off the vandalism has sky rocketed, every week now there are cops taking reports.
I always see different maintenance men driving around in there golf carts but it takes almost a week to get anything fixed in the apartment. Walking to our apartment is like walking through a landmind infested area with the amount of dog crap everywhere. We were originally told that we could only have small pets, but now there are boxers and pitbulls everywhere.
I would have recommended this place a year or two ago but now we are just eager to move...
