After living in the community for two years I was extremely disappointed when I moved out. When I first moved in the service was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, and maintenance was not a problem. Now the current staff is not helpful, have a terrible approach towards any issues you may have, and maintenace repair is slow. After recently clearing my appartment the staff that cleared my appartment signed off saying everything was good with the exception of a small tear in the carpet that would have to be replace, that was no problem. The problem was I was then charged for misc. issues after the staff had signed off saying I was clear with only the one charge. Upon calling to make a complait, the staff could not answer or comment on the issue and handed me off to the property manager. She had a lot of excuses about why I was charged after her staff cleared me and still refuses to return my deposit. Needless to say I was disappointed with how this staff approaches it's residents especially those who always paid their rent on time and never had complaints made against them.

I also have to concur with previous reviews about the security issue. Prior to my leaving the local police were in the complex every weekend and the local area kids were always walking through the areas freely and soliciting the residents.
