Great staff, quick maintenance in fairly well-built, newer apartments.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Cheaper apartments can be found in Fayetteville, but the few extra $$$ you spend here are worth it. Well-maintained grounds, pool, sand volleyball court, hot tub, quick commute to Bragg via MacArthur and Honeycutt (great if you work at Simmons or 1st COSCOM.) Management staff is great.
