I'll have lived here for a year come February. From reading the other reviews, I can tell that there were some problems with the office people before... now they seem to be really nice and friendly. They always seem happy to chat and help out in any way they can. The maintenence staff is awesome, and they always come to repair things within an hour of me calling them. The grounds are beautifully kept and the apartments are spacious. I would prefer more counter and cabinet space in the kitchen, but it's workable. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
