Fairly nice apartments with lousy management. Not worth it.

After we moved out form Carver Oaks, we never got our deposit back even though we left the place sparkling clean. We've been renters for over 10 years now, all over the country, and got our deposits back every time. Except for this place. In addition, the management tried to overchange us for our last month rent, but fortunately I am good at math. If you are thinking about moving to Fort Bragg/Fayetteville, our advice for you is to look elsewhere.
