For the most part I was satisfied with this complex, I lived there for one year {would have lived there longer however husband was deployed} I always felt safe. I never had a problem with maintenece. They could have been a little bigger for the amount you pay but I was very pleased with the location, it was quiet for the most part until the construction started in the lot beside the complex. The staff was not very friendly. These women were the type to stand by the water cooler all day and gossip about what resident did what. Luckily you only encounter them every so often. There is a lot of military in the area and for the most part it was military families who keep to themselves {at least we did}. There is a trailor park down the street and every once in a while you would see the kids walking up and down the street to go to the store. Sometimes they would walk to the complex to use the pool, the staff said they were going to put locks on the pool area. They also sponsored events every weekend through the summer which were nice if you didn't have to socialize with them. We are going to move back to the area when my husband returns from deployment and more than likley will not move back into that complex just because of the prices. $450 for my dog, $400 for deposit of apartment to hold or some other made up fee $250 deposit for something else, first months rent. Too steep to dish out at one time. Overall I was pleased with the complex.
